How do you get experience the only thing I've been able to find is working at the in store but it doesn't give any experience

There are several fixed places for taking off clothes. Taking off clothes will give experience, but it will also increase the desire value. In the future, I may consider removing the restriction of not giving experience if the desire value is too high, and adding more plots as compensation.
